1. Build on Craft Spirit producers business and production expertise.
2. Promoting Canadian Craft Spirits in Canada and International Markets.
3. Collaborate on key issues and policies that affect the industry

The CCSA definition of Craft Spirits Distillery:

A distillery that uses their own distilling & processing location(s).

A distiller that aspires to produce quality spirits made from local or national sourced ingredients.

A distillery that does not use any artificial ingredients or GMO's.

Our Team

DAVID MOSSMAN
Executive Director
David has extensive experience running and forming organizations. He has created and helped run charities and non-profits. He has founded and co-founded companies in the software, travel and beauty industries.
LEE MOSSMAN
Director
Lee is recently retired after many years as a CUPE National Rep and sitting on the School Board. His negotiation skills and engaging personality are a great asset to CCSA.
